Mike, there are currently three records of ECDO either under review or ready for review by the MD/DC Records Committee:


1. 4/15-6/20/2002, Port Deposit, Cecil County--needs to be recirculated among the committee.

2. 10/13/2002, Assateague Island, Worcester County--reviewable, seen by Big Sit team.

3. 12/14/2003, Burtonsville, Montgomery County--in circulation, seen during Triadelphia Reservoir CBC.

I would hope these VA folks would be willing to write up their sighting and submit it to the Records Committee, care of Phil Davis.  There is a reporting form on the MOS website.
