 Several years ago my birding partner and I saw what we thought to be  a E. 
Collared-Dove on our sector of the Triadelphia CBC (when I was compiler).  We 
reported it as such at the tally (causing quite a stir, as you can imagine).  
The next day several of us went back to look for it, with no luck, then after a 
 week or 2 away in Florida, I went back and found it. It turned out to be a  
Ringed Turtle-Dove.
