Hi All,

Early this afternoon, I birded Rocky Gap State Park
located a few miles east of Cumberland.  Since I was
most interested in waterfowl, I was glad to find the
lake almost entirely ice free.  

Canada Goose (12)
Mallard (2)
Ring-necked Duck (9)
Lesser Scaup (2) males
Hooded Merganser (16)mostly males
Red-breasted Merganser (5) males
American Coot (7)
