Jim Brighton just called (6:20 pm Friday) and asked that I post this
sighting.  He has a Eurasian Wigeon in Kent County just outside Rock
Hall.  He said the pond is where you have to slow down to 40 mph when
approaching Rock Hall from Chestertown on Rt 20.  There are American
Wigeon on the pond as well as the Eurasian.
