Matt Hafner just called me, he and Mike Burchette are viewing(3/24 @ 4pm) an 
adult Black-headed Gull from Lapidum Landing.  The bird is close the the 
Harford shore feeding with Bonaparte's Gulls.  He also said there was a 
Red-necked Grebe close to shore on the Cecil side, by Port Deposit.
