Louis
I wish to remind you that your Common Raven sighting needs to be written up
since it is a species in restricted range in Maryland. Common Raven
reported south or east of Frederick County is reviewable. A couple things
I did not see in your post would be helpful. What was the shape of the tail
on the bird you saw? Did you have anything to compare size of the bird to
such as another bird in the field of view? Did the animal vocalize? What
is your experience with this species? Anything else you could provide would
be helpful. A recent sighting in the region or your posted description
unfortunately is not compelling.
Thanks in advance.
