49-61 degrees; mostly cloudy in the morning turning to partly cloudy after
noon; winds variable, tending to have an easterly component, 0-14 mph.
Observations:
The forecasted sunny day turned out to be mostly cloudy and overcast in the morning. By noon the skies started to clear some and a parade of Turkey Vultures commenced. From 12:30 to 2, approx. 750 TV's passed by, forming numerous kettles and then streaming by. There were 145 in the largest kettle.

Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest.
