52-61 degrees; sunny; winds from the northeast or east 10-16 mph.
Observations:
Unfavorable winds and blue skies resulted in few migrants. However, in
compenstion, a Merlin flew in and sat on a tree branch for about ten
minutes.

Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest.
