57-64 degrees; mostly sunny; winds with an easterly component, 5-16 mph,
gusting to 20 mph.
Observations:
A leucistic Turkey Vulture sat in a tree across the pond most of the day.
It was mottled brown and white, with much white on the breast. The
scapulars and greater coverts were white and the remaining coverts were
tipped with white. The legs were mostly white with a tinge of pink. The
head was normal color.

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest.
