It was a lively scene at Hughes Hollow yesterday afternoon 4:30 - 6:30.
Highlights: a PALM WARBLER up close and a BROWN THRASHER singing for more
than 10 minutes, atop a tree. Back in the woods, I heard two BARRED OWLS
calling to each other. On the way back, there was a RUBY-CROWNED KINGLET
and a JUNCO.
