Hi --
When we were leaving for Kenilworth Gardens this a.m., we were pleased to
hear a House Wren singing vigorously in our yard. Whether this is one of our
returning residents (we normally have two pairs breeding) or a migrant, time
will tell.
But great to hear that bubbly song after a long, cold early spring!

p.s. Nothing much at KAG -- we had hoped for Bittern, but best birds were
Phoebe, Brown Thrasher gathering nesting material, Black Duck and active
Ospreys. |
