Interesting comment.  I can only say that the fishing map shows the land at the Jones Point Lighthouse inside Prince Georges County, and I based my decision to post on MDO on that authority.

If it turns out that I am found guilty of mentioning a Virginia bird, Norm has his sanctions... (shudder).
