A few new birds on the scene at the Cheverly Nature Center today
Hooded Warbler - yeah - another lifer, finally.
Great Crested Flycatcher
Swarms of Yellow Rumps including first year birds
Several Ovenbirds
Several Black and White Warblers
1 Chestnut-sided Warbler

Wood Thrush still present
Heard a Red Shouldered Hawk call non-stop for about 5 minutes
2 Carolina Wrens carrying food
A Downy or a Hairy Woodpecker carrying food. The bill was so full of
insects that I couldn't use it to decide which woodpecker species.
