Blue Mash Nature Trail, Zion Road Section, Montgomery County, 5 May 05

A cold start this morning with the temperature at 36 degrees and frost on
the ground.  Nevertheless, it was quite birdy along the BMNT with 44 species
observed.  Notable migrants:

White-eyed Vireo (foy)
Wood Thrush
Gray Catbird (increasing exponentially)
Yellow Warbler (many singing)
Ovenbird
Yellow-breasted Chat (foy)
Orchard Oriole (foy)
