Hi-

Cold and overcast and breezy, so a slow day at Rock Creek Park DC (and
probably most places) for migrants. However birders did manage to scrape up
about 10 species of warbler and some other species. The many Chipping
Sparrows and the Hermit Thrushes of earlier in the week seem to be gone, or
nearly so, or maybe they were just "lying low" --

Warblers: Black-and-White (2), Black-throated Green (1), Canada (1, seen by
others), Hooded (1, singing male, one of our best springs for this species),
Myrtle (~15), Ovenbird (4-5), Parula (1), Redstart (2), Louisiana
Waterthrush (1), Common Yellowthroat (1).

Others: House Wren (1), Scarlet Tanager (4-5), Baltimore Oriole (2), Eastern
Kingbird (2), Great Crested FC (1), Wood Thrush (6), Gnatcatcher (~8),
Red-eyed Vireo (2), Blue-headed Vireo (2), & another birder heard a
Yellow-throated Vireo.
