A group of six Bobolink were seen at Cromwell Valley Park On Sunday, May 8th. They were last
seen in the area of Sherwood Mansion. Baltimore Orioles were numerous and very active. At one
point six adult males were together chasing and fussing with one another. A pair of Orchard
Orioles were seen, the female building a nest.
Warblers have not been seen in any real numbers yet, and we hope the next few days will bring
them in. Only Yellow Warblers and Common Yellowthroats were seen Sunday.
