I took a short walk around Swan Harbor this morning. The shorebird habitat
is looking good, but I haven't seen the Pied-billed Grebes in the last 3
visits.

Green-winged Teal - 2
Blue-winged Teal - 1
Mallard - 4
Sora - 3
Semi Plover - 3
Killdeer - 1
Greater Yellowlegs - 3
Lesser Yellowlegs - 25
Solitary Sandpiper - 8
Spotted Sandpiper - 1
Least Sandpiper - 20
Semi Sandpiper - 2
Wilson's Snipe - 1
Ring-billed Gull - 100 in the fields
Horned Lark - 6
Bobolink - 5
Swamp Sparrow - 1
Song Sparrow - 1

There was a Bonaparte's Gull on the flats at Tydings and a Common Loon at
Lapidum. Most of the breeders are back at Susquehanna State Park.
