Nice cool morning in Ft. Bayard Park. Warblers were all Blackpolls plus one nice male Magnolia (first for the park this spring). Also 3 Baltimore Orioles--1 singing male and 2 females, plus a Scarlet Tanager and Swainson's Thrush.
Perhaps the most interesting bird was a very drab (near immature-plumage) WHITE-THROATED SPARROW--first in the park for a week, and most probably the last of the spring.
