58-68 degrees; sunny skies became partly cloudy; winds mostly from the
northwest, 9-13 mph.
Observations:
Greg Smith pulled a reverse sacrifice. As he was leaving the hawkwatch, he
saw an adult Mississippi Kite! Thanks, Greg!!
An abundance of swallows (Barn and Tree, one Cliff), Purple Martins, and
Chimney Swifts.

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest.
