I took the slow ride home from Edgewater to St. Mary's county this afternoon and at Rosehaven (slightly north of the harbor there is a large expanse of grass and a small pond) there were 3 Cattle Egrets feeding out in the grass along with some golf course geese. Interesting to have Cattle Egrets on the north end of the county along 3/301 and now on the south end of the county as well!
