I visited the little lake at the Germantown Soccerplex (Montgomery Co.) at 
6:30AM on Saturday. A female Dickcissel was perched in one of the saplings next 
the lake, giving her flight call. After a few minutes she flew west very high, 
still calling.
The lake is still drained, with just enough rain to keep it wet. A Semi. 
Plover has joined the peeps, Yellowlegs, and Solitary Sandpipers.
