The Wilson's Phalarope was non stop spinning again this morning at the 
Rt. 50 borrow pit. When not active, it tends to sit in the tall grass 
at the extreme right rear of the impoundment.Plenty of action; saw our 
first White-rumped Sand. Bring your patience. There's a lot of tall 
grass to work
