Thanks Joe.  I'd like to add, four visits to Blackwater, Bombay Hook,
or other refuges and the stamp will have paid for itself.  And it also works
at Assateague National Seashore.  Funds from Duck Stamps went a long
way toward preserving habitat for Arkansas' Ivory-billed Woodpeckers.
