The recent spate of migrants reported thru-out the region was echoed in
our yard in S Bowie this AM, with
3 Blue-headed Vireos,
Phoebe,
Red-breasted Nuthatch,
Brown Creeper,
R-C Kinglet
G-C Kinglets, and
Robins inumerable - some in spring song.
Also present were the usual hangers-on, including White-throats but not
the Juncoes which had appeared 10 days ago for just one day.
Equally noteworthy, this was our first day w/o Chimney Swifts or Catbirds.
