I was out at Violettes Lock this afternoon from 2 until 3:15. (The Neotropic 
Cormorant was on The Log from when I got there until around 2:15 or so.)

On the way out River Road, I passed at least three signs announcing closures 
of River Road tomorrow in Potomac. I found the signage terribly confusing.
