Tom,

Based on your Internet site, it appears that River Road/190 is only closed
in Potomac, and there is a bypass around the closure.  Since I came in from
the north via Route 28 and Seneca, I didn't see any signs.

So it looks like there's no problem on River Road either from the north
(Seneca) and or the south (Potomac).  Sorry about that.

On the way out River Road, I passed at least three signs announcing closures

of River Road tomorrow in Potomac. I found the signage terribly confusing.
