I saw my first Fox Sparrow of the season on Powell's Run Rd off 
Marriottsville Rd in western Baltimore County.

There were also 8 Bluebirds, possibly moving in for the winter. The 
area used to have breeding Bluebirds, but I have not seen any evidence 
of breeding for about 5 years. About 10 years ago I saw about 25 
Bluebirds there on Christmas Eve.

Also, there was an impressive kettle of about 75 Black Vultures. They 
peeled off to the northwest.
