Hi Eugene,
My name is Je Anne (G Ann) Branca from Henderson, Nevada (near Las Vegas).  I will be in your area November 12th, I fly out that night from Baltimore Airport.  I'm an avid birder and am trying to get a life bird in each one of the fifty states, so far I have a life bird in 30 states.
The birds I will be looking for are as follows:
    Black-headed Gull,  Little Gull,  Lesser Black-backed Gull and or a Saltmarsh Sharp-tailed Sparrow.
  I will be attending a conference in Shepheadstown, W V from the 8th thru 11th (until noon), then driving back to Baltimore.
If you could direct me or if I could meet up with you on the morning of the 12th that would be great..
