This morning a group of 10 Buffleheads (5 males/5 females) arrived at Lake Redington at the National Wildlife Visitor Center on the Patuxent Research Refuge in Laurel MD. Also on the lake this morning were Ruddy Ducks, Ring-necked Ducks, Mallards, Am Black Ducks and, of course, Canada Geese. Also there have been several Pied-billed Grebes here for the past several days. All can be seen from the patio at the Visitor Center.
