My mistake. I won't correct the Birdchat message since the attached URL 
does point to the proper "North Central Railroad Trail" web page. I don't 
think it will cause any out-of-towners serious confusion.

Sorry for the error. When one's career has been in providing contract 
support to the Federal Government in the Washington, DC area, NCR naturally 
means "National Capital Region" ... hence the mental transmogrification.
