9:30AM: Things were quiet at the old, stone ruin. I sat by the green
Euonymous vine masquerading as a Holly tree (thanks for the ID, Jo Salem!), which the
flycatcher seems to prefer.
Shortly after 11:00, flying below the bank of the trail, a Sharpie shot by,.
By 11:10 we were in the middle of a mini fallout of Chickadees (Carolina),
Golden-crowned Kinglets and a couple of Downys.
Sure enough the Hammond's flew in with the crowd, grabbed a couple of small,
red berries from the vine, perched momentarily to have a look around, then
disappeared.
