I've been reading about several MDOSPREY members losing contact, and then 
it happened to me.  For some reason, I'm not receiving the MDOSPREY 
messages. Help!  What do I do?

On another note, I recently read that a prairie falcon has been seen 
in "south-central PA near Maryland." Although this isn't a Maryland bird, I 
was wondering if anyone knows this bird's whereabouts. With its close 
proximity to Maryland, I thought someone might have seen it.
