The 2005 DC Annual List has been recently updated on the MOS web site.  
Take a look at http://www.mdbirds.org/counts/annual/comp05dc.html .

Since this update, Great Horned Owl, Lapland Longspur, and Cackling Goose 
have been added to the list, but there are plenty of birds still to be 
filled in.  If I have missed any birds or if you can fill a hole with a 
previously unreported sighting, please let me know before the end of the 
year.
