Fran and I were sorting through the usual throngs of Brown-headed Nuthatches, Long-tailed Ducks, Hooded Mergansers, etc., this morning when we noticed a new bird for our Worcester yard list and, I do believe, a first-of-the-year sighting for Mike Burchett's 2006 comp list: an absolutely gorgeous Yellow-throated Warbler has been visiting our suet feeder all morning (yes, Mark, we took pictures). I noted that the Yellow-throated Warbler has a dot for this species in early January--Bob Ringler, do you know when and where that sighting was?

Best to all.
