Yesterday, about 11am, there was a white phase Snow Goose with a large group of Canadas on Rt. 543 between I-95 and Rt. 136.  This was the first time I have seen this flock this winter, but I don't usually drive by at 11am either.  Snow Goose can be difficult to find in Harford away from the Susquehanna River and I rarely see them on the ground.
