In reviewing my Maryland bird list, I noticed a big hole: pelagic birds.  Is there a "best time" or a couple of good times of the year to take pelagic trips off the Maryland/Delaware coast?  Any recommendations or suggestions would be appreciated on or off line.  Thanks.
