Y-B SAPSUCKER continues, College Park

Had a male YELLOW-BELLIED SAPSUCKER tending some sap holes 
again this morning: he was on the east side of the Paint 
Branch Stream Valley Park bike path in College Park (PG 
County), between Metzerott Rd and the golf course (in the 
woody section that winds a bit before going under MD-193 
toward the golf course).

Cold with heavy overcast. I think the birds sensed the 
coming rain (it started at the end of my ride)---very quiet 
overall. Recovered the sapsucker (male), tending some sap 
holes in a tree between Metzerott Rd and the golf course. 
Lots of American Crows today.
