Here's my attempt at the Prince George's mid-winter bird count on our property at Clagett Landing Road in Upper Marlboro. I birded from 8:06 to 11:40. This is about 125 acres of fields, pastures, woods, underbrush, swamp, and river. I walked a perimeter and cut through the middle. Looks like about 36 species. The Brown Thrasher was pleasing to me as were the two Golden Crown Kinglets (I just love that bird).
