Can Lester, the black vulture often found standing in front of the 
enviromental center's visitor center be considered a wild bird.
I understand that he is waiting for a second or third lunch. Can a named 
bird be considered wild and countable. I'm sure he can leave if he decides 
to, probably does sometimes.
