Speaking from recent experience, Zeiss promises to repair your
binoculars within a week. The rep at the ABA convention in Tucson said
my particular repair was a same day thing. I sent off the bins and got
them back in less than two weeks. Part of that was because I sent them
slow boat. The hardest part for me was parting with them!
