I spent roughly two hours, 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. today between the
parking area at Sycamore Landing and a point maybe half a mile
above mile marker 28.  So sign of the Townsend's Warbler.  
I encountered four other birders, who likewise, to my knowledge,
came up dry.  The highlight enjoyed by two of us was a Barred Owl,
pursued by crows.  Plenty of usual suspects.
