I was walking this morning in South River Heights and heard him first - 
overhead complaining  (probably about the mallard that was on his 
nest).  There's a homeowner who turned over his dock to the osprey last 
summer and has not destroyed the nest over the winter.  For those of you 
who travel Riva Rd (AA County), look to your right as you cross the 
bridge southbound and you'll see the nest.  I'm hoping they come back 
this year - or maybe take up residence on the new buoy downstream....
