See Life Paulagics is running a trip on April 1 (no foolin'!) out of Lewes, DE.
Our April trip in 2004 found a very interesting mix of winter and spring birds,
including Razorbills, Common Murres, Fulmars, Sooty Shearwaters, a probable
Manx Shearwater, and Red Phalaropes.

We're trying these April trips in hope of finding an albatross and/or Great
Skua. Both birds, when reported on the East Coast, are often found in the
company of large numbers of Gannets. This is the time of year when Mackerel,
Herring, an baitfish are moving north in large schools, with large flocks of
Gannets following. These schools can also attract whales and dolphins.

The trip is scheduled to run from 6:00 AM to about 6:00 PM, and we plan on
visiting both DE and MD pelagic waters. The cost is $125.

If you would like to sign up for this trip, please let us know soon. We need to
determine if we can get enough interest to make the trip a "go".
