A number of years ago I was doing the Sugar Loaf CBC and there was a huge flock of grackles at the corner of Rt. 80 and Park Mills Rd (when it was a farm, not a golf course!) -- Leo Weigant was doing the sector with me. We saw the flock fly and saw a bird with white patches in both wings! Yellow-headed Blackbird???!!! No -- alas -- just an aberrant grackle...
