One pair of Hooded Mergansers still around.
One pair of Wood Ducks in the small pond. First of the season and best look
I've ever had outside of a zoo.
Towhees have started their Tea Party in earnest.
Kingfisher zooming around firing its machine gun.
One Pheobe (been hearing them but first sighting) and one Mockingbird
pretending to be a Pheobe.
No White throats and only a few Juncos.

Also, to augment Hans' Great Egret report, I observed one Monday in a pond
at Meadowbrook (NE of Rt. 29 and 108 intersection).
