Maybe you should have gone one, or two river bridges further south.  I was crossing the river bridge at Brunswick at appx 5:15pm (1715) when a dusky gull flew overhead.  I don't know gulls from cumquats (except for the obvious ones like ring bill), but it was a little out of the ordinary.  It kept on southbound and i lost it after only a few moments...

By the way that’s Shepherdstown, WVA although I don’t believe there are or have ever been shepherds there.
