C'mon now, you didn't think for a moment the post of a Snowy was for real on
April Fools Day? Besides, the Osprey community would hang me in effigy by
for announcing such a find!

This morning's walk went from rain to sunshine to ominous clouds. 35
species observed. The ponds held Canada Goose, Wood Duck, Am. Black Duck,
Green-winged Teal, Ring-necked Duck, and Bufflehead. 3-Palm Warbler
(yellow) and 1-singing Brown Thrasher were year firsts. Other birds of note
were Golden-crowned Kinglet, Swamp Sparrow, & singing Am. Goldfinch.
