With the nice weather, we had the bedroom windows wide open all night.
The dawn chorus was pretty much the usual suspects sans neotropical
migrants. Then, shortly after 6, something different. It was an American
Redstart. First of the year for me. It was in the same place as it was
last year. Not sure if it's a resident or a migrant.

Jane and I saw a latish Hermit Thrush while we were walking last night
after work. I was hoping it might be a different Catharus thrush but the
red bobbing tail gave it away!
