Weather:
65-82 degrees; sunny becoming partly sunny in the afternoon; excellent
visibility; winds mostly with a westerly component, 6-12 mph.

Raptor Observations:
Good sharpie morning; flight became very high.

Non-raptor Observations:
More butterflies heading north including 70+ Orange Sulphurs; Monarchs were laying eggs on the nearby Milkweed plants.  21 Common Loons; 1 Greater Yellowlegs.

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD.  Best
winds are from the southwest.
