Not "a" Catbird - "the" Catbird, has returned. Summer number six unless I've
lost count. I looked up from my desk and saw a Catbird on the suet. He
didn't leave when I walked over so I offered him a grub and he came to my
hand without hesitation. He's about two weeks ahead of previous years.
After he left I looked up and saw what I think was a Blue-headed Vireo. I
had my computer glasses on so it was a mite fuzzy but looked like
spectacles, distinctly white throat, wing bars and dark gray top. Does that
sound right?
